After fishing at Mineral Lake for Father's Day, my daughter suggested Hibo Pizza car for dinner! Must try, best pizza I've had in a long time! I wish there was an outdoor setting area. No worries though, we unpacked the camp table and chairs and ate our dinner right outside next to the truck! Perfect day!

In town from Spokane for the train ride. Originally went to get burgers next door but they seemed to be closed at 7pm. Wasn't expecting much from the pizza but WOW! I have done quite a few food reviews to include lots of pizza. This was freaking amazing pizza! They do charge like $4 per topping on the 16 inch (we had 5 toppings)...but holy dickens! Its worth it! Honestly probably one of the BEST pizzas I have ever had!

We stopped here for lunch since the railroad dining car next-door wasn’t open at 11 AM when it was supposed to be. We ordered two pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. They were decent size and the cheese was real and the pizza was very tasty. I can see how there would be concerns during busy times as there was only one guy manning the whole joint when we got there. We were early so we managed to get our pizza pretty quickly but other times of the day that might not be the case. There is no indoor dining, so would not be good on a rainy day, although there was some covered seating outside.

We ordered a veggie pizza with white sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. The location is beautiful, and the shop has such a unique charm being right by the train. The lady at the register was very kind and helpful—I wish I remembered her name. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food is amazing. I truly loved the pizza, and I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in town. If you’re visiting, this is a spot you don’t want to miss!

EXCEPTIONAL pizza. Ordered in a train car, so its cool. But its actually incredible sauce, crust and cheese. Nice a crispy, thick and sweet/savory. Is pricey.
